No — it gives you a total coverable area and an equivalent straight-wall linear footage at your specified height. The actual room shape you can finish depends on your specific layout, corners, and openings.
What if I have leftover partial sheets too?
This assumes full sheets only. Partial sheets can supplement small cuts (around doors, windows, outlets) but shouldn't be counted as full coverage capacity.
