Contact
There is no contact form on this site, because a form needs a server to receive it and there is none. Everything below goes to one address: contact@craftquantities.com.
The address
contact@craftquantities.com — for calculation errors, broken pages, accessibility barriers, embed and licensing questions, and press. Plain email, read by the operator; no ticketing system stands between your report and the person who can fix it.
Reporting an error in a calculation
This is the most valuable thing anyone sends. If a figure looks wrong, please include the calculator's name, the exact inputs you used, the result you got, the result you expected, and — if you have one — the standard or table you are checking against.
Every calculator carries pinned test cases. A confirmed error becomes a new test case as well as a fix, so the same mistake cannot return.
Reporting a broken page or an accessibility barrier
Please include the page address, your browser and device, and what happened compared with what you expected. For an accessibility barrier, the assistive technology you were using helps a great deal.
What cannot be answered
Project-specific engineering questions cannot be answered. Whether a particular beam suits a particular span, or a circuit satisfies a local amendment, needs somebody who can see the job and take responsibility for the answer. That is a qualified professional, not a calculator and not its authors.
